"Only place we purchase meats from! The flavor is phenomenal. We have been customers since shortly after opening. I had the luxury of having farm fresh beef growing up in SW Wisconsin. My husband was raised on store bought beef. The flavor takes me back to my youth and my husband has mentioned how good it is! Flavor, texture, quality all in 1 piece of meat. I’m so thankful you started this business so we can enjoy the local beef. Again, the grind on the ground beef? Again takes me back to where I came from and the absolute best cheeseburgers ever that were cooked at the Blue Goose. If you know, you know. We have been able to replicate the cast iron pan crust on both sides and still have a juicy burger on the inside! Just like back home in a dive bar with the absolute best burgers ever.
