"Recently went in and purchased several things. The hamburger was an 80/20 mix and didn't have the gristle that you find in other places. This burger was really well mixed and had the best flavor ever. Premium burger. Then I bought a chuck roast that was beautifully marbled. I used it to make a pot of beef barley soup, best soup I've ever made, the beef flavor was amazing. As the daughter of a butcher/meat cutter, I was brought up on good cuts of meat and know a little about that world. You can tell the they know their stuff and the place is immaculate. The staff are so friendly and treat their customers with warm greetings and respect. I thank you for opening your store to us with exceptional products."
